Currently the multiqc version in use by tempo is 1.11. Update multiqc to see if some bugs are resolved or enhancements have been made:

  • When using the copy table button, unfortunately not all columns are correctly copied, particularly those that have pass/warn/fail formatting
  • When using the export tab, I can export at most two columns at once, and the sample ids are not in the export
  • the sort toggle does not seem to function that well
  • When using the plot button, only numeric values can be used. It would be useful if we could use a non-numeric column as a categorical variable, to produce a box/violin plot.
  • picard hsmetrics section doesnt make it clear that some statistics are calculated without duplicate reads (other than % exc dupe)
