Feature request: Way to query endpoints by date/time to see records with that has been updated since

Right now Voyager receives data based on the delivery endpoint. This, however, only lets us know when new deliveries happen OR, if there is a change in the record, we only receive it if it was assigned as if it was a delivery.

We are requesting a way to query modify date with some timestamp or date which returns requests that have been modified since that time. This will allow us to retrieve LIMS updated information from only those that have had some modifications.

Open to suggestions, especially if there's a technical issue I am not considering.
