Can't get it to work. And have little idea about python

I tried to run this on my win10 machine.
But something about my python is not right, somethings were not installed and so it all did not run.
What can I do in 2022 to run this?

can you describe your error more detailed, or paste some error messages, that were given out? If they are too big for a simple comment, try using pastebin.
