In #320, we added support for telling whether a Glean metric is in the source code or not. We should add the same support for Glean pings.

Fix incorrectly applied "removed" status for pings

Instead, we'll just say that they're always in source until we can
determine otherwise (see mozilla/probe-scraper#341)
