Hello Daniel,
Sorry about my late reply. Did you figure this out? I hope I can help. How are you running Home assistant? On the Home Assistant Operating System. And on what hardware (this shouldn't really matter)?

Hello sorry for my late Answer(im not using Github regulary i installed it on my Smartphone now so i can answer you more quickly :D),
im running Home Assistant Operating System with all the latest Updates. I don´t know how to debug the issue myself so i will try to provide you with every Information you need. I think the main Issue is that nothing is saved in the plants.db file it is just empty with {} as the Content. So every Time Home Assistant restarts it writes the current Date to the Plants and doesnt load the actual Date i last watered.

These are my Configurations/Logs:
AppDaemonlog.txt
apps.txt

Thank you already for trying to help me i think your Project is Awesome and im looking forward to using it.

I also tried tinkering a little bit with Permissions and changed the Owner of the DB file to daemon i will let you know tomorrow if this fixed it
