motionEyeOS Version

MotionEyeOS 0.42.1
Motion 4.3.2

Board Model

Orangepi zero 2w 1g

Camera

I am using the following type of camera: V4L2
My camera model is:
Mini spy camera(square) 480p
Logi webcam 720p
Temu webcam 2K

Network Connection

Wifi

Peripherals

None - all ssh

Log Files

I consider the following log files relevant to this issue:

  • (attach e.g. motioneye.log)
  • (attach e.g. boot.log)

Issue

So I started out with small spycam that claimed to be 1080. When registered, it only see as 480p as max. Used the custom setting for 1080 but only capture max of 480p.

Maybe it was false claim so tried different camera, webcam 720p. This one recognized as 720p Max and captured at 720p.

Bought new webcam, system recognized max as 2k but tried both 2k and 1080p recording only maxed at 720p.

Is my opi zero 2w board not powerful enough or some setting I have to enable? What is this USBUP I've read on similar post?
