frame per second wrong on 0.43.1b2 vs 0.42.1 #3070

0.43.1b2 as installed in the home assistant motioneye addon does not follow the configured frames per second setting.

After setting for minimum of 2 fps, I'm getting 7-10 fps calls to the camera for Network Camera single frame of jpeg.

Works correctly of a normal pre-compiled motioneye setup using 0.42.1.
