Feature request: /time now

Had a feature request, could you support "now"? As in /time now in Japan. It'd also be nice to assume "now" if there is now time provided, e.g. /time in Japan, rather than simply passing that text through.

I checked, and [email protected] — off the chrono-onde repo — actually supports parsing 'now' as time. Hope this helps with the feature request.

I'll be honest, with everything going on these days I'm not going to have time to add a new feature to channel time for a while. If you'd like to make a PR with the change, I'll accept it and deploy the changes.
