There is no obvious field in the Disease object of the phenopacket to record this information, which is taken from the 'diagnosis' table of CDA.

In the example data, there is either no entry or the word "Biopsy". This would fit most naturally with the biospecimen object of the GA4GH phenopacket. Not sure if we need to include this since if a biopsy was done we should also have information about a biospecimen.
