Overview

There should be no reason why any unmapped/*.owl files are missing annotation properties such as labels and synonyms. This file is just created by taking the components/*.owl (which has such properties) and filtering to include only unmapped terms.

Background

Noticed this while investigating diffs after we duplicated synonyms for all labels (comment).

I thought that this might be related to the following issue, but it doesn't appear so. The components file does have labels:
