Make Picture/Map View Resizable

Here is something to keep you entertained while I continue work on the interaction model for the images.

It would be nice to have the width stored so that when the window is closed and reopened the picture view is the same size. Setting a var would probably be sufficient. There should also be a minimum width set for the picture view (About 12em / 144px).

I also found that it was helpful to have a vertical line to drag from.
In this mockup I made the vertical line 3px wide with the colors being [ #444 | #000 | #444 ]
