How can I make manifest files get rid of webpack.output.path

I wanna put Module Federation manifest files to a other folder, not webpack output path that includes javascript assets. So, I config the plugin like:

 new ModuleFederationPlugin({
    // ...
    manifest: {
        filePath: "/absolute/path"
    }
})

But the files still in the folder like /webpack/output/absolute/path/mf-manifest.json.

Provide repo and use case. Otherwise by not use shell script after the face to manipulate build output?
