Not able to run newrelic_rabbitmq_agent

Hello all.

i am facing issues to run newrelic_rabbitmq_agent. i am usign
./newrelic_rabbitmq_agent -c /newrelic_rabbitmq_plugin-master/config/newrelic_plugin.yml
and i am getting the following error:
