IMPORTANT: Name change

Hello!

After careful consideration, an official name has been chosen for this library: Synapsea! 🎉

"Synapsea" reflects how I view this library, the vast possibilities of neural networks within the Lua programming language. (v1.3.00 is the inspiration behind this name change.)

Changes will roll out over the next 1-2 weeks, changes will be made to the stable branch as the fast branch will be deprecated in v1.3.00. The Github repo will also be renamed from xxoa/lua-neural-network to xxoa/synapsea. If you have any concerns or questions please post it on the issues or in this discussion, I hope to resolve any issues you might have.

It's quite surreal for me as I'm the sole developer working on this library in my free time to give it an official name. Thank you all for using this library and contributing!
