前端页面编译报证书过期：certificate has expired #229

我用的环境

Centos 8.2

PHP 版本：7.4
MoChat 版本：master
Swoole 版本：默认

问题及现象

编译前端页面项目时，一直提示证书过期
“error An unexpected error occurred: "https://registry.npm.taobao.org/amfe-flexible: certificate has expired".”

这个在使用docker-compose启动的时候也会有这个问题，三个模块 dashboard operation sidebar 都会报证书失败的问题

dockerfile中将https://registry.npm.taobao.org替换为https://registry.npmmirror.com
