Adding db operation into the cli [ENHANCEMENT] #103

Enhancement Description

As we now have a cli in the app, it's good to have funtionality like migration, upgrade and downgrade as part of the cli commands.

Advantages

It will be easier to do migration and any other operation related to the db with cli without caring about the database model and its implementation.

Possible Implementation

Adding commands like:
aana database migrate
aana database upgrade ...
aana database downgrade
