Now it does not work (I forgot why), so we use automatic (ie random) collateral selection from signed UTxOs. This is wrong: it may spend more money by mistake and formed Tx which do not need real UTxOs get them anyway.

Related: #276

Todo:

  • Make explicit collateral in AutoCreateParams work
  • Use it in Tx.* in places where no actual Ada UTxO required (refactoring)
