installation fails with sage 9.6 on conda #55

Hi Vincent,
Thanks for the report. It looks like sage.env.cython_aliases() is
failing because it does not find any usable BLAS implementation. It
doesn't look to me like this has anything to do with ore_algebra. But
maybe I'm wrong and we are missing dependencies or something--do you
have any idea what is going on?

The conda setup does not always fit with sage thingy way of finding libraries. In particular the base install of sage in conda comes without many of the standard sage packages such as I agree that the bug is somehow not |
