Add support for async statement execution. This is a large feature and I don't expect it to be solved soon - just putting this in as a placeholder so it's not forgotten.

I'll add some benchmarking to find out if this helps with bulk export performance. If so I can work on adding support for this in zdb & zig-odbc.
