Summary

As a user, I want to have a site wide search bar so that I can search based on any keyword(s) and get related results, limiting the time I need to search across the site.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. User can search across the site using search functionality nested in the header or with OS specific shortcut
  2. Results from the search will be split up by the sections in which they are found
  3. Search will also pick up on tags related to collection types
