We are really creating a 'benchmark' or 'guidance' archive site so perhaps something like

guidance-archive.netlify.app etc so we can have endpoints like

guidance-archive.netlify.app/stigs/archive.json
guidance-archive.netlify.app/cis/....

and the index pages of

guidance-archive.netlify.app - list of what we have archive of and how far back in time we go
.../stig/ ... list of the archive and how far back in time ...
...
