driveFolderCircularReference achievement is not available to achieve

💡 Summary

There is achievement named "driveFolderCircularReference" in code, but it can't be achieved by following walkthrough.

🥰 Expected Behavior

Get RECURSIVE_NESTING error dialog and achievement

🤬 Actual Behavior

Reject task (not works at all) and can't get achievement

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open "Drive" page on Misskey.
2. Make any folder.
3. Open created folder with window, and Drag & Drop folder on main screen to window.

💻 Frontend Environment

* Model and OS of the device(s): Windows 11 24H2 26100.2605
* Browser: Chrome 131.0.6778.265
* Server URL: https://pla.is, https://misskey.io
* Misskey: 2024.5.0 based / reproduced in 2024.11.0 release of misskey (local tested)
