Allow user to manually specify TLS certificates

Many will run Wazuh (at least OpenSearch) with its self-signed certificate (perhaps behind a proxy with a proper certificate). Right now, they're forced to disable TLS verification. Provide a much better alternative to this:

• Specify the certificate directly (and trust only this one)
• For convenience, automatically import the certificate when first connecting
