Call for translation in multiple languages

Will welcome all languages, but we'll need the main ones:

these are the top 10 according to Berlitz:

• English
• French
• Hindi
• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Chinese (Mandarin)
• Russian
• Arabic
• Bengali
• Indonesian

I would also like to add:

• Japanese
• German

@alt-shreya yes please. Can you please take a look at the database file and check through the German and Hindi translations. Feel free to add extras and let me know if you need anything. Apologises for the slow response on this. I was swamped for Hacktoberfest!
