I added the support for darwin_arm64 in the release v1.1.2: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/mindee/uptimerobot/1.1.2
Can you please validate it on your side?

Seems to work fine with terraform registry, but doesn't with tofu registry.

I guess we need to submit new provider to tofu registry?
