specify administrative level to generate boundry shapefiles? #4

Hi, thanks for you project and I am going to generate boundry shapefiles for all the countries respectively. I've read http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dadministrative but I am not sure how to specify the administrative level in your code?
