Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-2.0: Fix incorrect processing of encrypted auth frame

qcacld-3.0 to qcacld-2.0 propagation.

Fix incorrect processing of encrypted auth frame by allocating
appropriate local buffer and using correct type for frame length.
