Received 401 Unauthorized error while using Twitter cookies to scrape an account, how do I bypass this so I can continue scraping that account

Hello, I'm trying to scrape the media content of this account using cookies, and while it's scraping, it suddenly gave me a 401 Unauthorized error like the above image and tells me to do some sort of step to continue downloading. I tried a few commands in an attempt to try it but it didn't work. Can anyone check and tell me how to bypass this error so I can scrape accounts that has a lot of media content with cookies? Thanks
