I finally got version 2004 running on my system. Windows upgrade completely waxed my system and I had to install from scratch.

I'm not seeing this issue or the minimize issue reported earlier. There's something unique and interesting about your setup.

The only theory I can put forth is there's a display driver issue. WPF programs (the Microsoft technology Tweetz uses for its UI) is heavily dependent on the graphics hardware.
