Brief description of your issue

When attempting to update Heroic Games Launcher via Windows Package Manager (winget), the tool does not recognize the correct installed version. Winget detects the installed version as 1.9.0 and attempts to update it to version 2.11.0, despite the fact that I have version 2.13.0 installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure Heroic Games Launcher is updated to version 2.13.0 manually.
2. Open a command prompt or PowerShell window.
3. Run the command winget upgrade.
4. Observe that winget lists Heroic Games Launcher as version 1.9.0 with an available update to 2.11.0.

Actual behavior

Winget incorrectly detects the installed version of Heroic Games Launcher as 1.9.0 and suggests updating to version 2.11.0, despite version 2.13 being installed.

Expected behavior

Winget should correctly identify the installed version of Heroic Games Launcher as 2.13.0 and not suggest an update to an older version (2.11.0).
