[Package Issue]: Bandisoft.Honeyview

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Category of the issue

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Even if Bandisoft.Honeyview is installed with the 'en-US' locale specified, it is installed with 'ko-KR'.

Steps to reproduce

winget install Bandisoft.Honeyview --accept-source-agreements --locale en-US --disable-interactivity

Actual behavior

Honeyview is installed with Korean UI and the language settings are not displayed on the settings screen.

Expected behavior

Honeyview must be installed as 'en-US' and the language settings screen must be displayed.
