more streamlined automatic review process

I've noticed that all winget packages have to go through manual approval to be merged. While this makes things safer, it delays the review process (and also requires a lot of man-hours?)

Something similar to what Chocolatey is doing could streamline the review process.
For chocolatey, any new releases for previously accepted packages are accepted automatically as long as:

1. pushed from the same maintainer, publisher
2. passes all the automated tests
