Describe the bug
Pair device not Work in mode normal, only in mode bootloader, debug not working

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Mac Sierra
Browser chrome
Version Versión 77.0.3865.120

Additional context
for device debug and porgramming easy not work pair device

my pc also doesnt recognize arduino zero on normal mode ( the code run though) , I can only upload using bootloader mode.
