I deployed OpenShift cluster 3.10 and I am getting these errors while accessing the pre-created projects

  1. Deployment docker-registry Update instructions and deployment script #2 failed.
  2. Deployment logging-es-data-master-aq7mmcyb Merge Working Fork with Master #1 failed.

Also, I tried adding Jenkins to the project and I got the following error.

The service is not yet ready. Error provisioning ServiceInstance of ClusterServiceClass (K8S: "70ede23f-c6f0-11e8-85cb-000d3a3b2057" ExternalName: "jenkins-persistent") at ClusterServiceBroker "template-service-broker": Status: 409; ErrorMessage: ; Description: ; ResponseError:

I am also seeing this. If I force a redploy, the new pod does deploy successfully. I will look to see if this is a race condition.

@haroldwongms I am also getting this issue with deployment of OCP 3.9 cluster. The registry-console is not getting deployed. (Any way to force this to get deployed )
