We should keep a stable core that does not have dependencies on any specific NLU provider. We could also simplify the docs and the purpose of this library.

We should also consider options to automatically install a NLU provider if it is not currently installed.

Or at least print out a message to try running dotnet tool install dotnet-nlu-<service>
