Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand one storage account -> Tables.
2. Create a table -> Click the dropdown button next to 'Customize Columns'.
3. Observe the actions.
4. Check whether shows '...' for the action 'Customize Columns'.

Expected Experience

Show '...' for the action 'Customize Columns'.

Actual Experience

No '...' shows for the action 'Customize Columns'.

Verified this issue on the main build 20240128.2. '...' has been added for the sub action 'Customize Columns'.

Hi @craxal There is an extra '...' for the tooltip of the 'Customize Columns'. Please help to take a look.
