Make manuals for streamer, wallpanel, and expansion units

We currently have a tex manual that we generate a PDF from and ship with our main unit. We need to make a similar manual for the streamer, expansion unit, and wall panel. We should be able to borrow a lot of the content we have already created for the main unit (FCC, SAFETY, WARRANTY, etc), but we will need to make some new pages specific to the unit (SPECS, etc).
