Feature Request: Redirections to moved page

Hello and thank you for this really useful plugin. Saved me many hours of work! :-)

I would just like to suggest an improvement: there should be an option that when a page is moved, instead of deleting the old page, an (optional) redirection tag is left behind for the "page redirect" plugin.

This redirection is very simple, it just has the form #REDIRECT link:to:new:page and should be easy to implement.

Of course, this should be a configurable option, as not everybody may want this behaviour.
