Move media to an empty directory don't work

Hello,

If the target directory is void (no media), the drag&drop didn't work!
I must populate all empty directories with this command
in the "media" root directory:

Il will create a void file named "void", and know I can drag&drop the media file.

Is htere any way to move media file without this linux command?
