Don't throw away the post when cancelling a reply

When you write a reply, and then decide it should have been its own post, you might hit 'x' (cancel) on the parent post. Unfortunately, currently this also throws away the toot you've written.

Motivation

Losing your carefully-crafted message is frustrating :)
