Right now there is no information on what to do if someone wants to subscribe to Miro or other paid services we use that are not provisioned for everyone.

The Miro entry has been added ... but regarding future requests, should this entry be at the top of the tech stack listing or on the Engineering handbook page? For now I chose the latter... https://handbook.meltano.com/engineering/#adding-new-tools
