Print out the stock available in forms before dispensing (Needs a change on the Cht-core)

The idea is to be able, while using a form containing a item of the commodity, give the ability to the user to see quantity available before he could dispense.

This will resolve having negative count of the commodities.

Note: This requires a change on the cht-core.
