Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of cht-core 4.7.0, adding the countdown-timer appearance to note fields in a form is deprecated in favor of using trigger fields that support being required.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should warn users with CHT +4.7.0 instances if they use note with coundown-timer appearance.
