Forms which require submission to clear errors cause test failures after 4.x

Describe the bug
Sometimes Enketo constraints clear only when the user clicks next enketo/enketo#62
Prior to [email protected], constraints would be cleared but afterward tests can fail if they rely on the revalidation that happens during next
