Picture-in-Picture plugin isn't build like other plugins ? #186

In the dist/picture-in-picture directory, there is only the translation file and a svg picture and no js file for the real plugin.

Is it normal ? This plugin don't need a build like the others ?

Is there a reason why the picture-in-picture plugin is absent from the file "Gruntfile.js" ?
