Pyncpp rebuild faild

Into the medInria super project, tested on VS2022, if I try to rebuild (for change from debug to release or other reasons) I have the following issues:

I don't understand well this issue but I think it's a pb of link or re-link.

I suppose is the same issue than this one Inria-Asclepios#848

Can you fix relatively quickly because it is very blocking on windows but maybe on other OS.
