"You can find precompiled binaries readily available under this repository's Actions tab. Just click on the latest 'workflow run' and you'll see the latest external objects listed under 'Artifacts'."

But, for example, at https://github.com/mdedwards/mdeGranular/actions/runs/3081943086, .pd_darwin and .pd_linux builds are available; both Max builds failed, and pd_windows failed too.

I was looking here after trying to download from https://michael-edwards.org/software/mdegranular/mdegranular.shtml and getting no response when clicking or right-clicking the zip download link.

This isn't critical for me -- my main axe is SuperCollider -- but I was hoping to do a comparison in a class session tomorrow of SC's GrainBuf vs a properly flexible Max external. mdeGranular looked promising but I haven't been able to get it, alas. So this is just FYI that as of now, it's difficult to get hold of.

Thanks for the tip! Never would have found that.

Just opened a pull request that addresses this issue: #5

In order to avoid the binaries "disappearing" in the future, I'd suggest downloading and re-uploading them onto a release here on GitHub.
