MCMMO data corruption

This has happened a few times now, the affected users are

Yaapp
rjLahd
.FreackyLara (bedrock)

Don't really see any other logs. Just kinda randomly happens

Any help would be appreciated. Is there any good way to restore just the data for these users? I see there is an add level command, but is there a guide for deciphering the mcmmo.users file so I can read what levels they had in backups? Thank you!

SQL or FlatFile?
Have you run any health checks on the HDD where the DB is located?
