Improve interactions between VARS and Sharktopoda

Clean up interactions between VARS and Sharktopda. When a box is created or when it's modified, VARS makes the update but the box is deselected in Sharktopoda. It takes several click in Sharktopoda to reselect it and correctly modify it. This slows down the annotation process.

The expected behavior is that the annotations should be correctly selected in both VARS and Sharkopoda.
