Automatically configure new roles created via mathesar

Description

When a new Postgres role is created via Mathesar, the admin has to configure the role manually by adding its password in the "stored role passwords" section for each unique database server. Automating this process would streamline the workflow and reduce potential errors while adding passwords for configuring roles.
